Congratulation and best wishes to Hira and Vivek! Thank you for inviting us to one of the most enchanting wedding that we have been to. The wedding consisted of 2 ceremonies, Sri Lankan and North Indian to celebrate their culture. I know that some of the pictures are out of order and not rotated correctly but I wanted to get these pictures out quickly.

Congratulations and best wishes to Cathy and Dan! Their wedding ceremony was held at the University of Maryland campus chapel. After the ceremony we walked around the campus and visited the dorm where we lived as a student. The reception was held in Arlington where we were served a 10 course meal! Needless to say I invited the challenge of eating at least 3 servings per course.

Have you ever been to one of those model homes that is used to entice people to buy a new home only to figure out once they move into their new home it doesn't remotely look like the model house? Well Jean and Doug did a wonderful job decorating their new townhouse but I really think they just bought the model home:) Hopefully this will motivate use to finally paint our living room. Unfortunately the only pictures that I took that night were portraits using no flash. I just hate the way a direct flash looks. Thanks to the people that posed for me.

This was a great opportunity to use my long Sigma 50-500mm "Bigma" lens with my Canon 300D at the Air Expo held at Naval Air Station Patuxent River Maryland. In the span of about 5 hours I managed to shoot over 400 pictures. Thanks Chris and Rich for tagging along to keep me company and chipping in to buy soft shell crabs on the way home. Next time I'll limit the use of salt on the crabs and steaks:)

Lazy Sundays are the best. Today was no exception. This lazy day consisted of looking at condo's with Rich and engorging filipino food complements of Mike's mom. The food was excellent and like every loving filipino mother made her guests take home all the left overs.

After this weekend I'm going to abstain from drinking Mai Tai's and Rum Runners for a while:) Rich thank you for inviting us to your grandparent's home and I'm sorry about disturbing your neighbor at 2am while swimming naked at your pool. I promise at the next get together i'll perform naked Tai Chi for all of you guys.
